VMC Monthly Meeting Activities 2007/08
All VMC monthly meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at the Langford Fire Hall, with the exception of July and August. The meetings generally start at 7:30 and finish by 10:00. Note the February Auction starts at 7:00, and is open to members only. The meeting format generally includes the following, however we have many special themed events and activities this year - take a look!:
Business Meeting- Usually runs a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and is lead by the executive.
What’s My Style - A member gives a prepared lecture on his/her performance style and more (15 to 30 minutes)
Break Time - Refreshments- A member is responsible for buying refreshments, bringing the refreshments to the club meeting and giving the receipt to the club treasurer for reimbursement. Budget for regular meeting refreshments is up to $35.00.
Teach a Trick- A member teaches a trick, sleight or move (10 to 15 minutes).
Show Time Open Stage - A member organizes other members willing to perform a little magic.
Tidy meeting room- All members are to put their chairs away and help tidy up so we can leave by 10:00

Showtime Activity(SA) 9.10 to End.
