The VMC meets at 7:30pm on the first Tuesday of every month (excluding July and August) at the Langford Fire Hall 2625 Peatt Road.Note February meeting our Auction, is a 7:00 start and is not open to guests.

VMC Calendar of Activities 2010/11

Monthly Meetings and Club Events (subject to change)

All VMC monthly meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of every month at the Langford Fire Hall, with the exception of July and August. The meetings will start at 7:30 and finish by 10:00. The meeting format will generally include the following:

• Business Meeting- Usually runs from 7:30-8:00 and is lead by the executive.
• Mini Lecture- A member gives a talk on an area of his/her expertise (maximum 30 minutes)
• Teach a Trick- A member teaches a trick, sleight or move (maximum 10 minutes).
• Break Time - Refreshments- A member is responsible for buying refreshments, bringing the refreshments to the club meeting and giving the receipt to the club treasurer for reimbursement. Budget for regular meeting refreshments is up to $25.00.
• Show Time Open Stage - A member organises other members willing to perform a little magic.
• Tidy meeting room- All members are to put their chairs away and help tidy up 9:50-10:00
